Section 558
Time For Delivery Of Goods
(1) If the contract provides that goods
have to be delivered at any specific time or within any specified
period, the seller shall deliver the goods to the buyer at that time or
within that period.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1),
if the buyer accepts the goods delivered by the seller before or after
the time or period specified in the contract, the seller shall be
deemed to have delivered the goods.
